I'm delighted and honored to be a part of this live virtual event with this wonderful group of amazing authors. Huge kudos to the team and volunteers at Strong Women Strange Worlds who host the event, with their admirable mission of promoting and supporting women authors.
When we join together and encourage one another, not only do we create a beneficial and embracing community, we also build a creative force that propels us forward together, infinitely. There is always space to showcase your work and always your community to appreciate all that you do.
Live events are the perfect way to introduce yourself to the community, make new friends, and showcase your work.
It's also a fantastic way to network, get inspired, and keep your creative juices flowing. The more times you meet others with creative flare, or hear from readers and patrons of art, the more often your mind, heart and soul will feel nourished.
I'm also very thankful for book clubs, and the ability to share bookish thoughts, smiles, laughter, and community spirit. For me, it's an absolute pleasure and a learning experience when I get to hear feedback on books read---what is recommended and what is absolutely loved. I'm not one to follow mainstream trends but there are always gold nuggets to take away that often help me enhance and improve my own work in progress.
